Founded in 1989 to meet a growing demand for larger plants, TENDERCARE is now Britain's leading horticultural resource centre.

Its nursery, covering more than 18 acres, is based at Denham, Uxbridge, where it specialises in providing mature and specimen trees and shrubs, all in larger than normal size, and a full consultancy, design and planting service.

There are more than 100,000 mature and specimen trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants, from show quality perennials to 60-year-old yews and majestic conifers.

Its unrivalled range of mature trees and plants make it the first choice of many leading garden designers and landscape architects, and many of the UK's finest public and private gardens are regular clients. TENDERCARE also supplies the majority of television gardening programmes, including Alan Titchmarsh, Ground Force, Real Gardens, Charlie's Army, Better Gardens and Planted. 

Its accolades include Nursery Stock Grower of the Year Millennium Award, award winning displays at Chelsea Flower Show (2006,7,8,9,2010) and Hampton Court Flower Show award winner, while it has provided plants for numerous gold medal winners at the Chelsea Flower Show.
